Return Conditions
You may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility Period
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- A product that shows signs of use (scratches, tire wear, odour, etc.) may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been registered or activated with the manufacturer may also be ineligible.
Exchanges
- If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will offer a free replacement or repair, subject to inspection.
- In the case of an exchange, please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item for dispatch of the replacement.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent)
Return Process

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will advise on how to return the item to us.
- After inspection, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.
Return Shipping
- In the case of a defective or wrong product, EV LAB will cover the return shipping costs.
