Collaborative Fundraising Initiative Raises Over 300,000 Meals for Regional Food Security

EV Lab collaborated with the World Food Programme (WFP) and Chalhoub Group to host an exclusive fundraising dinner supporting the fight against hunger across the Middle East and Africa.

The event successfully raised over 300,000 meals and brought together philanthropists, leaders, and changemakers. Attendees heard compelling stories from the frontlines and explored WFP’s SHERP all-terrain vehicle used to reach remote communities. WFP Goodwill Ambassador Manal Alalem shared her advocacy work for school meal programs in Jordan.

The evening also marked the launch of the Zero Hunger Hero Award, a new campaign challenging changemakers to compete in raising funds and delivering humanitarian impact.

This partnership reflects EV Lab’s commitment to sustainable impact beyond mobility solutions, demonstrating how purpose-driven collaboration can advance food security initiatives.
