Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email with a detailed receipt.

Payment Issues

In case of any payment failure, you will be notified at checkout and prompted to try a different method.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing takes 7–14 business days.

Important Notes

Currency Requirements:
All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Verification Process:
Payments are subject to verification and approval by EV LAB. Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified.
Fraud Prevention:
Any attempts at fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in legal action.
